1. Will I receive a CD/DVD in the mail?
No, you purchase and download the product directly from your computer.
2. How do I search for a product at MediaNow?
You can search for products in the store by using the search form at the top right of the page.
3. Which are the most common problems with downloads?
Different problems can occur for the different products. Generally speaking you need a computer that fulfills the product's system requirements that is connected to the internet, preferably with a high speed connection. If you have a problem with the product itself and not the download service, try to contact the product's publisher. If the download won't start, check that your firewall is not blocking the download and change the settings to allow the download service if needed.
4. Do I need to pay everytime I use the product?
No, you only pay once when you purchase the product.
5. Why is my card payment not approved?
We accept card payments using Visa or MasterCard. If any problems occur during payments you will be notified and may need to contact your bank or card issuer to clarify the problems. The most common problems with card payments are: Lack of fund, wrong card number entered, wrong security code (CVC) entered, or the card is issued in a country that is not allowed in this store.
6. Can I pay without a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can use direct payment via a connected internet bank through the Paynova option. You can also pay via Klarna invoice if you are a Swedish citizen.

7. Can I buy a giftcard at MediaNow?
Yes, you can buy a giftcard for a specific product. Just add the product to your cart as usual, and then when you open the cart, click the "Buy as gift" button. After you pay you will then get a giftcard you can print or send to the recipient via e-mail.
