1. How do I buy a giftcard?
To buy a product as a gift you simply add the product to your cart as usual. When you open your cart you will se a "Buy as gift" button by the product. Click this button to turn the product into a giftcard.
2. How do I give away a giftcard to someone?
After you have purchased the product as a giftcard you will find it on your account page, under "My giftcards". Here you will find options to either print a giftcard or send the giftcard as an e-mail to the receiver.
The giftcard will be available on this page until it is used or it expires. Giftcards are valid one year from the purchase date.
3. How do I use a giftcard I have received?
If you have received a giftcard, follow the instructions that came along with the card.
Go to this page and enter the code on the card to redeem the giftcard code:

4. I have accidentally purchased a product as a giftcard. What do I do?
If you have purchased a product as a giftcard but wanted it for yourself, the easiest way to fix this is by simply giving the giftcard to yourself.
Go to the page "My giftcards" and create a giftcard or e-mail for yourself. Then simply follow the instructions on the giftcard to redeem the gift and add the product to your own account.
