1. What is needed to pay using invoices?
You need to be a Swedish citizen with a Swedish Personal Identity Number.
You must be over 18 years old.
Your credit score must be approved by Klarna.
You cannot have any outstanding payments with Klarna.
You must have a valid address of residence in Sweden.

2. How do I pay using an invoice?
You select the invoice payment option in the checkout if that payment option is available for the products in your cart. Then you enter your personal information if you have not entered it during registration to fetch your information from Klarna.
When you complete the purchase you will be subjected to credit checks.
The invoice is sent to your e-mail address at the end of the month. The invoice must be payed within two weeks.
If the invoice is not payed before the due date, Klarna will send a reminder and will charge a reminder fee to cover their costs.

3. When will I get my invoice?
MediaNow! uses monthly invoices which means you can make several purchases during a month, but only get one invoice. The invoice is then sent to your e-mail address on the 1st of the following month. E.g., if you make a purchase in January you will receive the invoice on February 1st.

4. Can I change the due date of an invoice?
When the invoice has been sent to you you can contact Klarna and ask them to change the due date. They can push the due date forward 10 days. Contact information for Klarna can be found at the bottom of this page.

5. Have you received my payment?
You can check the status of the invoice by logging in to your account and going to "My account" and then "My invoices". There can be a delay after you have payed before the payment status is updated. You can also check your invoice by contacting Klarna.

6. Can I see the original invoice?
If you have received a reminder from Klarna, or want to see your original invoice for some other reason you can go to Klarna's website and enter your invoice's OCR (reference number) in the Self service section.

7. What is Klarna?
Klarna is the company that handles our invoice payments.
Klarna is a Swedish company and is a financial institution registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority.
Klarna's debt collection is under the supervision of the Swedish Data Inspection Board.
